We only collect the data you provide through the site's forms:
- Newsletter: email address.
- Events / birthdays form: name, email, phone, event type, guest count, preferred date, message.
- Contact form: name, email, optional phone, subject, message.
- Work-with-us form: name, email, phone, role, message, optional CV.
- Analytics cookies (with your consent): Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity with anonymized IP.
3 · Purpose
- Respond to your inquiry or request.
- Send you the Club newsletter if you subscribe (unsubscribe any time).
- Evaluate your job application if you apply.
- Improve the site through anonymous statistics.
We do not use your data for third-party advertising and we do not sell it.
4 · Legal basis
We process your data based on your consent (forms and newsletter) and on our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries.
5 · Retention
Inquiry data is kept as long as needed to address it. Application data, up to 6 months after receipt. Newsletter data, while you remain subscribed.
6 · Who we share with
We work with the following providers that may process personal data on our behalf:
- Netlify (hosting and forms).
- Resend (transactional emails and newsletter, once connected).
- Google (Analytics 4, only with your cookie consent).
- Microsoft (Clarity, only with your cookie consent).

You may exercise access, rectification, cancellation and opposition rights at any time by writing to info@valerioburgerclub.com.
