The idea of Valerio Burger Club starts years before we opened doors in El Millón. It starts with a very specific obsession: raise the bar of the burger in Santo Domingo. Make it with the same seriousness as a chef-driven dish. No shortcuts.

We build identity. We came to raise the bar. We create experiences that leave a mark.

The bun, where everything starts

Long-fermentation artisan brioche. Aromatic, light, with character. Made in-house, rested as long as it needs, baked every day. Its structure holds the juice of the meat and toppings without collapsing mid-bite. That's groundwork, not decoration.

The meat, no secrets

Selected cuts, ground in the kitchen every day. No freezing, no industrial blends. Temperature, pressure and cooking times tuned for each burger in the Club — from the brutal smash on Le Smash to the slow smoke on Smoked Black or the wine-braised brisket of The Hungry Smoker.

Simple? No — it's passion for the product. That's how Club burgers are born.

Why Valerio Burger Club

Gourmet burgers in the Dominican Republic have been growing for years, but most of the audience orders without a clear brand reference, only delivery platforms. What was missing was an asset of our own — a kitchen with a narrative, with a signature product, with a recognizable identity.

VBC is born to be exactly that. A Club with personality. Where the team cooks every day with their mind set on improving the next burger. And where the guest understands that here there's no "just like everywhere else" — there's technique, there's fire, and there's a point of view on what a good burger is.
