No frozen patties or industrial processes here. Each brioche bun is long-fermented, made in-house. The premium beef blend, with 18% fat, is ground fresh daily. Our smoked meats—short ribs, brisket, pancetta, gouda—take hours of work. Our sauces are chef-crafted: Korean Mayo, VBC Special Sauce, confit garlic, black garlic.
